Sushi Tokyo - Épinal

With a Korean colleague on a business trip in the area so looked for somewhere Asian for a nice meal. As it was a Monday most places were closed so we ended up at Sushi Tokyo mainly as there was no other option! BUT as it turned out fortune was shining on us after all, the food, the atmosphere, the service (neither of us speaks French to a suitable standard) was fantastic! I don’t confess to being a sushi expert, but in Korea the cuisine is very similar to Japan; so whilst it was noted that the establishment was Chinese and not Japanese, my colleague was still impressed by all the items we ordered: So much so that we ended up placing a later second order to try more of their menu! The Sashimi was fresh, well prepared and presented; the tempura was crisp, sweet and succulent; the Sushi was sticky and flavorsome; and the accompanying side dishes were thoughtfully crafted and created to each hold their own against their superior menu counterparts. Generally a wonderful meal in wonderful surroundings, I will definitely make a beeline for there again the next time I’m in Epinal. 5 out of 5 all round.

Delicious! The waitress was really nice to us. Perhaps because i was with my boyfriend ??! We chose a menu for 2 and i've to say it was a bit too much ... I was so full !! ^^

Could they serve any slower ?
