It was incredibly frustrating since I didn't even get the chance to place my order, and there was only one car in front of me. I understand that making sandwiches can take some time, but this situation left me perplexed.
I am so angry. I ordered food to be delivered at 5:00 for a family member who had surgery and would be getting home around 4:30. About 2:30, I received a text saying it was ready for delivery. When I explained that I had asked to have it delivered at 5:00, make the order for delivery at five. The next thing I know, I received a text saying the order had been canceled and an e-mail that said the same thing. Right in the order I asked for a 5:00 delivery. It is not my fault they did not pay attention. They had my phone number, if they could not do that, they should have texted me and said that, not let me think that the food would be delivered. Now the worst part--they charged me and have not refunded my money. I want my money back!
We were trying to get something to eat for our 20 month old baby. We ordered a 6-inch chicken sandwich, just bread and chicken, no veggies or condiments. They charged us 10.00 for a sandwich... it was not a combo, no drink or chips where ordered. A little price if you ask me.
I wish the sandwich was like the one they show on TV. Not even close.....
Nice small town Subway. Well staffed and efficient.
