I had the worst experience I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The staff were both rude and careless. They frequently left the lobby to chat with friends, and it took a staggering FORTY (40) minutes to receive just two apple pies and a McChicken. I will definitely not be returning. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The only items I really enjoy at McDonald's are the chicken nuggets and French fries.
