Bidrage med feedbackGood surroundings at night because the area have many ways to choose from pizza to sushi. The service was very good, but for me the food was not the expectations, simple and not tasty, the drinks are ok. May be the paisa style is different from other types of steakhouse
Located in a zone called 'Los Contenadores' This restaurant and all the others in the zone are built from old ships containers. The staff was really friendly and spent a lot of time with us about the other restaurants in the zone and life in general. Steaks were cooked well, something needed a little more spice. The wine selection though small is very good. Note: The kitchen closes at 9:20.
This special restaurant is an Argentine steakhouse in Contenedores Food Place in Envigado, Colombia. It is an area with 5 restaurants, each made from transport containers. (The other restaurants are Mexican, Italian, Gourmetburger and salads with other healthy dishes. The entrances include a trip to their salad bar and a plank of fresh rolls that bring them to your table with a small cheese container. I must mention that I usually discourage the ordered beef (outside the basic beef in Colombia) because it is so hard. I understand that cattle here feed on food, in other words whatever they find to eat, so you can't even be sure that they have a grass fed diet. I was looking forward to a good steak, so I was a little taken back when my friend ordered Salmon and ordered her daughter chicken. (The one chance to have a good piece of beef and they order something else. My son and I ordered what seemed to be an act called Sterling. My son ordered his medium and I ordered my three quarters, especially pink, but no blood. My son's command came first and it was very red. (As a friend of mine said, "a good veterinarian could still save this animal." He sent it back and then came mine. Both steaks were very chewing and I was very disappointed when I thought steaks from Argentina were better. My baked potato was good and the ladies enjoyed their chicken and fish. We also had 2 juices, a beer and a coke and the accounts came to 174,050 (about $60 including the voluntary tip. At the time of this review (August 2016 there were 2,900 pesos at the US dollar.
