Dunkin' - Enterprise

This Dunkin' has very friendly service, and they consistently get my order right. However, their restrooms are closed for "cleaning," which is why I only give them 4 stars. I believe there's no good reason related to COVID for not maintaining regular cleaning and keeping the restrooms open for customers. That said, everything else is always great, so I continue to get my coffee here. They provide fast service and manage to keep up with the rush.

There's a manager who's very sweet. I and my friend go over daily (she recommended me a raspberry matcha latte that was good! , I usually do not have too many problems here, but the staff is switched off, so some new employees can get the order wrong. However, I met many friendly faces there.

The woman working tonight was simply outstanding. She was kind, uplifting, and truly made an impact on me. When she told me she had been the only one walking around the entire restaurant all day, I was impressed by her positive attitude and resilience. She absolutely deserves a raise and so much more in her life. I feel truly fortunate to have encountered her and to have received the encouraging words I really needed!

Dunkin' has done it again! My morning drink is perfect, and the staff is amazing. Keep up the great work, everyone!

No longer offer veggie proteins!!!! But they said they got a new supplier, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they're doing. The service is from 1 to 10. The long lines and long waiting times are gone. Warm, not cold burned. Fantastic drinks.
