Remix Pizza And Kebab - Ennis

The food is nice from here but the customer service is very bad. One member of staff in particular has some issues (to put it mildly). The first time I was inside Remix Kebab with my daughter and we couldn’t place an order for about ten minutes as this one guy was having a full blown screaming match with another member of staff. They all saw us and another customer standing there awkwardly but happily continued their argument. Ok anyone can have a meltdown, so although extremely unprofessional, we can just let that go. Tonight though my partner and I ordered food For delivery and although the address is clearly listed my partner received a call from Remix asking for the house number. He told them 32a and the guy kept saying ‘what? What? I can’t understand you!!’ Then he started with ‘32? Yes 32?’ And laughing in between. My partner repeated ‘32a’ and the guy started laughing again and saying ‘A?? Aeyyy? What is Aeyyy?’ This carried on until my partner put the phone down. When the food came they had got the order wrong.

During my visit to the restaurant, my phone went missing after it was placed on the counter while I was ordering. I noticed a man taking my order had taken my phone, and when I confronted him, he handed it back to me without saying a word. The service was absolutely terrible. This incident occurred on June 27th, 2019.

The kebab is made with the perfect combination of fresh ingredients. There are no side effects, and it always has a delicious taste. The restaurant is always busy but the professionals work quickly to prepare the food. The service is very friendly and the prices are affordable. The menu is extensive and excellent.

Recently had a couple of take aways from Remix. Food quality excellent, service excellent, staff very friendly and cost very reasonable.

Staff are rude .....................guy wearing hat making pizzas never wore gloves and picking his nose....don't eat out of here!!!!
