High quality and very elaborate cuisine. The chef cooks with passion and it shows in the flavors, respect for the products and presentation. The copious appetizers set the tone for a successful meal! Very fine cuisine. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy in the restaurant.

We went by chance when the city of Gruyere and the cheese mill were completely overcrowded. Today I can say that it was the luck we could have. We both had a wild boarburger that was breathtaking. Excellent service and a beautiful location. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed hunting last Saturday. This menu was not in the online menu. An excellent surprise with a quality service. We could also fit between the menus, and choose a bottle of wine not on the basement, but on a large table in the center of the Restaurent (prices were available on the bottle).
