The Whiskey Biscuit - Englewood

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant! The space is beautiful and impeccably clean, which is very important to me. The Brussels sprouts were good, but the real standout items on the menu are the smothered tater tots and the green chili. I ordered the steak and French toast, and while it was tasty, I think it would be even better with a higher quality cut of meat, like ribeye or tenderloin. Overall, everything was quite good, and I definitely plan to return. The atmosphere is lovely, and I appreciated that the owner stopped by our table to chat; it was nice to feel valued as a guest, even if our conversation was brief.

Emily is an exceptional server and truly deserves a raise. The cooks also deserve recognition for their incredible homemade jams (who knew blueberry-raisin and watermelon-kiwi could be so amazing?) and for crafting one of the best breakfast sandwiches around. Everything was fantastic, as always!

These guys are so friendly and have an excellent selection including some hidden gems. Don’t underestimate the local spirits selection or the gin/vodka/tequila/rum offerings. Great for lunch specials, brunch, or a laid back time at the bar.

This place is amazing! The service is great! The atmosphere is friendly inviting. Most of all, the food is great! Especially the mushroom ragou, the cornbread panzanelli the risotto ball appetizers!! Pricing was great! The owners were kind enough to check on us, too! 5 stars is not enough!

I visited for the first time today and I will definitely return. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I even had the opportunity to chat with the owner, who is a wonderful person. I really admire his vision and concept. Without a doubt, this is now my favorite mac and cheese!
