Dunkin' - Englewood

This location never has any donuts.Every time I stop by for coffee and a donut, the selection is none.I asked why? Employee informed me that the donuts are delivered and baked elsewhere.And,They only deliver so many.This is a busy location. Donuts are the number one item. Please deliver more at this location

Drive through guys were friendly and fast! Threw in an extra donut too!

Very little selection today, under staffed. food of course was delicious.

We were giving our order and my daughter was almost done as we started to laugh because our dog did something and lady was rude said we are not helping you anymore leave, it was totally uncalled for my daughter has speech disability as well! She said she was to busy for our nonsense and why were we laughing? So rude so we went to Starbucks instead and I will never give you money as we will be calling corporate as well

Coffee is always better than the Seattle based company, but their food prep still has a lot to be desired. I have made complaints after complaints but no one seems to care. They are more interested in how fast they can get the food out and not how well it 's prepared. I order a bagel toasted, I don 't want it just warm, but toasted brown. Not dark brown where it 's almost burnt, but a nice light crispy layer of brown deliciousness! When I ask it to be double toasted, it comes out dark. If I ask for it to be lightly toasted then it 's barely warm. There is no happy medium. If they slowed down the toaster just 5-10 seconds it would make things a lot better! The other thing I have noticed in all the Dunkin Donuts in Charlotte County is the ability to not get stocking orders done. DD corp must place a limit on what they can order! How is it that a store that sells coffee doesn 't have the Box of Joe boxes available? A company can measure success by the sales they make. They can never measure failure or unhappiness until it 's too late.
