Kfc - England

I really enjoyed my visit to this KFC branch in Cardiff. I was pleasantly surprised to find some meal options that aren’t available in England. I decided to try the combo meal, which included popcorn chicken and fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The customer service was top-notch, and I can definitely see myself returning in the future. This KFC was clean and well-maintained.

Typically, the food is fresh, but the fries often come out lukewarm. The wait times can be quite long, even when placing a mobile order through the app, as they tend to prioritize customers in line. The staff is consistently excellent and works incredibly hard. There’s a good variety of food and drink options available; the drinks, appetizers, and wings are all popular choices. However, nothing quite compares to the boneless banquet.

The restaurant was very clean, and the food was served quickly. However, there was some difficulty in communication since the young lady calling out the order numbers had limited proficiency in English. When I asked about napkins, she didn't quite understand my request, but I'm confident her language skills will improve over time. Overall, it was a good KFC experience, and we decided to visit Cardiff Gate after reading the reviews here.
