Tim Hortons - Enfield

The customer service is outstanding! I've visited this place 7 or 8 times, and I have yet to have a bad cup of coffee. In fact, all of them have been excellent.

I don't usually write many reviews, but this place deserves more than five stars. It was around 10:30 PM, and I hadn't eaten much throughout the day, so I was very hungry. The food I ordered was cooked perfectly, but what really made this experience special was the exceptional service I received from two wonderful employees who greeted me when I walked in. They were genuinely sweet and kind, which made my meal feel even more special. They definitely deserve a raise!

My father is a rotatory worker and flies once in the month after halifax. every time I pick him up at 21:30, I listen to these tim hortons. after flying all day my vater starves and wants a speck grilled cheese melt, but every time I say that the grill is cleaned. another time I ordered two sandwiches and they only made me one, so I had to make them make me one more and waited for it for a long time. recently I came there at 9 o'clock and had to use the washing room, but they closed the dining room and I couldn't even go into the washing room. they would think they would always have their washroom open at the airport. flights arrive at any time of day and night, so they must have their whole menu at any time! also this tim is always filthy! I understand that all the tims stand places have to do with a personal shortage, but this tim needs a new manager and should increase the lonely of their personal so that there can be a better service. my poor vater just wants his speck to melt grilled cheese?

Platz really has to show their employees how to make sandwiches when I pay $14 for a combo it should be done right, not thrown together and fed into a bag, luck for me is my break by, so thank tim hortons, can not even eat what I was given. now I can go the rest of my layer without dinner. will not be back.

It's great to have a place to stop before heading to the airport. This Tim Hortons offers plenty of parking, has very clean restrooms, and features friendly staff. I especially appreciate the departure and arrival screen they have—such a clever addition!
