Calif. Chicken Cafe - Encino

I have ordered from this restaurant twice and have generally had a positive experience both times. Their ranch and Italian dressing are delightful and truly delicious. However, the main drawback is the apparent difficulty in making customizations. Despite my attempts to request substitutions through the DoorDash app and paying extra for them, none of my substitutions were honored on either occasion. It can be frustrating when you have tried to customize your order but the changes are not made. Nevertheless, the standout flavors and overall quality of the food keep me somewhat satisfied.

If you're someone who loves to add sauce to every bite like me, make sure to ask for extra Chinese Dressing and Mae Ploy Sweet Chili at this restaurant. It's absolutely delicious!

The chicken was moist and could use a bit more seasoning, but the salsa and salad were fantastic.

California Chicken Cafe is fantastic! All of their wraps are delicious. I love pairing the Hot Potatoes with a wrap for a satisfying lunch. The food is incredibly tasty and made with natural ingredients, without any artificial flavors or MSG.

I used to have lunch at this restaurant about 5 days a week. The prices were reasonable for the excellent food they served. Plus, you might even spot some celebrities there. The crowd was also very attractive.
