Yum, such a sweet and affordable little business with sweets and other tasty! I come naturally for the baklava, but they do not have too many labels, so it can be a bit difficult to find out what to order. there are baklava with nuts, chocolate or just baklava. You really can't go wrong, especially at a couple of dollars or something, bringing them cash if they can. it is on ventura blvd in encino. there are parking spaces on the back or metered road front.

Fantastic baklava! great customer service. in any case recommend to everyone! we loved their pistachio baklava and we even ordered their sugar-free walnut baklava for our guests. it was a hit!

Baklava Factory has the WORST SERVICE. I ordered a kanefa Wednesday for pick up Thursday. I drove 1 hour and 30 mins to pick it up and the women at the store had no idea what I was there for. When I called Wednesday, they told me it would be ready and they took my name and phone number. The employees at baklava factory could have done the decency to call me anytime knowing they could have not fulfilled my order like any other business would. This also has happened to my sister. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else because they will not be able to complete your order.

I was incredibly impressed by their baklava. At first, I thought it was just an ordinary shop, likely serving items that weren't fresh, but it completely exceeded my expectations. It was so fresh that I couldn't stop eating it! I enjoy sweets, but I don't usually seek them out, yet this place was so delicious that I ended up eating far more than I intended. It was exceptionally tasty and satisfying. While it might be a bit on the pricey side, it's definitely worth it!
