Aroma Bakery Cafe - Encino

We sat on the patio which has a video fireplace. It's not the most engaging view but the food and service were absolutely stellar, so the ambience takes a back seat. The food was really quite delicious, and the portions were beyond hearty--neither I nor my 18-year-old son (who usually doesn't leave much on his plate) could finish our dinners, so we had a tasty leftover lunch the following day. A great value. We'll definitely go back.

We were looking to bring together people from LA and Thousand Oaks, and AROMA happened to be exactly halfway between all attendees. The food was good, the service was excellent, and though we chose to eat on the covered patio on a brisk December evening, the heat lamps provided more than enough warmth.

I've eaten here all the time and I haven't been in a time. I was very disappointed at the slow service, the lack of attention and the general inability of the waiter. my man and his friends later went to dinner in the evening and complained about the same slow, slow service. I don't think I'm going back.

Four of us girls went for a relaxing Sunday breakfast. we all enjoyed what we ordered...all was fresh very tasty and the right temperature. the service was a little slow as they were just short staff, but they were very apologetic and it was ok when we wanted to talk and not feel hurried. the menu has a large selection and everything we have seen was fabulous.

The aroma cafe encino was clean and friendly, but eating was nothing to write home. the eating in the terrace could be tolerable during the warm summer months, but in the colder days of winter the terrace was uncomfortable and that is where we visited withte dezember. after a past we moved into the table, but even there it was not warm enough. my hamburger was not describing and was served with a dish full of fries that arrived warm. others in my party, maybe have something better, but no one has snatched over eating. service was fast and friendly. the prices were slightly higher than what the restaurant deserved. I will not come back.
