Pizzaiolo Encinitas

Puppy sitting for my daughter and son-in-law while they are in Maui. Passed Pizzaiolo on my walk to Encinitas Community Park. It is in a strip center, hidden at the end. I sent a question via YELP and the owner promptly responded. My question, if they had single slice pizza, since I am on my own this week. Stopped in for lunch on 4/30/21 and had the Margherita Pizza, it was good, right amount of char, and perfectly baked. The inside dining area is still closed, but there is a nice outside patio. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem.

The meals and service were above our expectations. We really enjoyed the ambience of this spot. Great restaurant to take the family out for lunch.

Yessss finally found our pizza joint. We moved to the area 6 months ago and have been methodically trying every pizza place. Pizzaiolo is the one : Great NY style thin crust. Cool no-frills spot, friendly service. We are your newest regulars.

This was great! The staff was exceptionally friendly! He provided a fish bottle opener when we were desperate and he was very hospitable. Would highly recommend to anyone wondering if this place is worth it!

My dad takes me here when I was a child when he had a jobite close. I live in la now, but I make it a point to stop and buy some pizzas when I'm in the opposite. I would recommend this place for salads and pizzas!
