Fantastic and affordable lunch! The Teriyaki Chicken and Kalua Pig are both extremely tasty. Here’s a tip: the sandwiches are similar to the plates but much more budget-friendly. You can even request to swap out the fries for rice and/or macaroni salad.

The Loco Moco is absolutely delicious! I’m really enjoying my new home in Cardiff by the Sea, and Kealani's is just one more reason I’m staying here. What other restaurant has little straw huts inside? The food is fantastic, and the owner is incredibly kind. It truly feels like a home away from home. I just wish you were open to help with my Sunday hangovers!

Consistently fantastic food that nourishes the soul!

I absolutely adore this place! I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area. However, the only thing preventing me from giving it a full five stars is the decline in service I've noticed over the past decade. While I don't mind the single serving of teriyaki, the new staff members can be rude or seem quite lazy. During my visit, there were food trays piled up on the counter next to the register the whole time! Plus, charging me for a water cup? Seriously?! I understand the need to make a profit, but I'm just asking for water, not soda. It feels unfair to charge me for a container of something that should be free. I really hope you reconsider this policy, Kealani! On a positive note, the food is fantastic, the prices are great, and the location and atmosphere are lovely. I just wish there was a location in Huntington Beach!
