Dunkin' - Emporia

I am a regular customer at DD, but this particular location is the absolute worst. I have visited multiple times and there is never anyone there. This will be my last visit. I recommend waiting for the Roanoke Rapids branch instead. Don't waste your time here.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. Both employees were very slow, unfriendly, and we were the only two people there. It took 15 minutes for an avocado toast, and the bread was not toasted. The avocado completely covered the entire slice of bread. It was embarrassing.

This was my worst customer experience in 45 years. I placed an online order but it was not ready when I arrived at the store, despite there only being one other customer. It took 10 minutes to receive a drink that was only 2/3 full, and when I asked for it to be filled, the worker insisted she had been trained to make the drink that way. She accused me of having an attitude as I left, muttering something about me needing to "hurry up and stop." Not everyone is suited for customer service and should find a profession better suited to their personality. Dunkin' should invest in better training and pay to retain valuable employees, while also getting rid of those who detract from the customer experience. It's important to make employees feel valued and properly manage them.

The donuts were not fresh at all and tasted like rest. the worst donuts I ever had from dunkin donuts. I couldn't eat them completely and I love dunkin donuts.

I tried ordering a raisin bagel, omelette bites, an egg sandwich, and humus toast with tomatoes. The server said there wasn’t any rasin bagels left and no humus….but a lady came in right after us order way may more and gave this lady a rasin bagel, magically. Their order was out within five minutes and our order took 30 minutes to make!!! One person was in front of us. When confronting the staff they said they go as slow as they want and they rolled their eyes at us. Horrible service.
