We had a Veg thali who had every authentic dish with different Podi to try with rice! We also had butter milk, that was a masala that was thirst quenching! The ambience was good, had a chair setup and a bunk bed setup as well as to sit! Look at this!

Good place for lunch. Average ambience and service. While there are many ways to visit, it is not in a crowded area. Street parking available. There are seating on the ground floor and table. Not prominently visible from outside, you need to climb narrow stairs to the first floor restaurant. Although it is not expensive, it is also not cheap. You can have better ambience and food in other places. If you have meals instead of ordering individual items, the service is quite fast.

I ate here three times in two days and was always happy. The local special banana blossoms Curry was deliciously an almost silky texture like Aubergine. The Veg Curry (with or without coconut) was loaded with vegetables that were tender but still recognizable. It remains the best I've ever had in months. I dream about it! The owner/family was also so friendly and helpful. The dining room has a mixture of tables/seals and a low table/kitchen area.

We grabbed a quick lunch here in between sightseeing in Hampi. The very idea was to spend as little time as possible. The other relatively decent places had a wait time involved, so we decided on this. The restaurant was extremely crowded and the noise was overwhelming, food was unimpressive and the service was erratic. The only redeeming factor is that it is inexpensive. You get what you pay for. I do not know if they have a washroom, but after seeing the rush, I would not dare use it, if they do. Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the 1st floor and had no wheelchair access.
