Bidrage med feedbackAll right. Only complaint is that it is now eaten and gone. Because we were in the plague, the takeout... so this picture is my own placement, the original was much more attractive. It was very easy to order and pick up online, and I noticed that all wearing it diligently over mask and glove.
Great! Traditional Japanese ramen, exactly like you'll find in mum and pop shops in Tokyo. Friendly, attentive service as you'd expect. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for : Highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates real ramen.
Home made organic broth for all the Ramens. It makes it taste fresh and deep. Nice patio outside to enjoy the sun.
Great bone broth, chewy ramen noodles, meat veggies. Nice room and outdoor patio.
The Gyukotsu came with ground beef, red onions, green beans, renkon (lotus root), and a soft-boiled egg, while the Miso Ramen featured chashu pork, kikurage mushrooms, green onions, a slice of lemon, another soft-boiled egg, and chili pepper. Both ramen dishes had traditional-style noodles and were decent, though the broth was on the lighter side and may lack flavor for some. Personally, I prefer a brighter broth, but I did wish there was more meat in the Gyukotsu—it felt a little sparse. The Pasture-Raised Pork Bone Broth, or "broffee," was quite good and added an interesting twist to the meal. And I must mention that the Yuzu Crème Brûlée was delightful, bursting with refreshing Yuzu flavor. Overall, I found the Yuzu Ramen to be a solid restaurant choice for a casual outing. The restaurant has an interesting L-shaped layout, featuring both regular seating and bar-style seating. I attempted to make a reservation but found none available, so I prepared for long wait times. To my surprise, it wasn't overly crowded, and seats were available shortly after we ordered. The service was attentive, and the staff appeared genuinely friendly. They proudly advertise their ingredients as organic, free of additives and preservatives, which is a nice touch. The menu offers a variety of categories, each with several options. They also have special items like Donburi for lunch and sushi for dinner. Prices are a bit higher than the typical ramen spots around the bay, but given the interesting menu, I would definitely consider trying out more of their selections in the future.
