Bidrage med feedback1) Our drinks were incorrect, tasted sour, and had strange pieces floating in them. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the woman responded with an attitude. 2) We were missing some food items, and when we inquired about it, they insisted we had only ordered one. However, we had actually requested two, and since they didn’t provide any receipt, we had no way to prove our claim. 3) Additionally, we were charged for extra food items and all the add-ons for the new drinks. While we would have accepted the incorrect drinks if they were at least drinkable, they were not. We didn't create a scene and paid for everything, but the unfriendly service made us feel embarrassed and belittled.
I often use the kiosk, but I've had a frustrating experience. Most of the time, it’s closed long before the posted hours, and even when it’s open, the baristas seem unprepared and often don’t know how to make the drinks or have the necessary equipment ready. It just ends up being a waste of time. If you really want a good drink, it might be worth going a little further down the road or to Target instead.
The service was unwelcoming. The staff member even said they were closed at 5:30 PM. Really? If they're not willing to put in the effort, perhaps they should consider finding another job.
Came at 19:15 and they said they were closed, although they were working here, they say at 19:30.
Usually don't have an issue with this location and come here often since I work around here. however the past 3 times they've gotten my drink wrong. It is kind of hard to distinguish two similar drinks but when I returned the third time and told this girl (first time I've see. Her and she's new) she said that they probably put the wrong toppings but I told her that it tastes distinguishly different and she argued that she made it but reluctantly had someone remake it. I usually would let it go but she gave me an attitude and told me throw away the drink that she made wrong outside. I have never had ask a Starbucks barista tell me to throw away my own drink and argue about a drink that was clearly wrong. Hopefully this issue is addressed soon.
