Shiba Ramen - Emeryville

The best ramen I've ever had! It's incredibly delicious, with rich flavors that just melt in your mouth.

Highly recommended! Both the Sure and Spicy dishes were excellent and satisfying. The bowls of ramen were fantastic!

I ordered the soy milk-based smoked dishes without egg to make it vegan. I added Bok Choy, and it was absolutely delicious!

All right. I had the 'clear' cream with butter and corn and it was beyond perfect-generous help from noodles and toppings. Also, the Shiba wings that were delicious, and the Shiba 'Schrema, which could now be my favorite local treat. I could eat Shiba'screams all day, no joke. The restaurant has very nice Japanese inspired design and nice, helpful staff.

This was my first time there, I had the spicy ramen it was phenomenal!
