Mcdonald's - Emeryville

Very rude people, they yelled at me in the phone when they couldn?t find my McDelivery order, but 2 minutes later they found it. And they miss something in my order every time in the drive thru. Very very bad

When the guy handed us our food he looked inside the bag and listed everything on our order. When we got home some items were missing. Let this be a cautionary tale: check that all your food is there before you pull forward. Other than that, it wasconsistently McDonald's food as expected. We didn't go inside.

The staff at this restaurant are very polite. I usually come to pick up orders and wait outside. There have been times when the service was slow and other times when it was quick. Recently, I had to go inside after breakfast hours, and my mobile order took about 30 minutes to be ready. However, I understand they can be busy, and they were quick to help me once I went in and mentioned how long I had been waiting outside. Additionally, my orders have been accurate about 90% of the time, which is impressive for a McDonald's. The security staff on site are also friendly.

I'm not sure if this really needs a review, but I have to say that the management here does an excellent job. Our orders, which are often specialty items, are always correct, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I live with three other adults just around the corner, so we come here quite often.

The drive-thru is always busy, which means the food is fresh. I want to mention that the fries are much better when you dine in rather than ordering them for delivery. Otherwise, everything tastes fantastic! Also, I absolutely love the new spicy crispy deluxe chicken sandwich—it's even better than Popeyes and Chick-fil-A!
