A hotel with special flair and level! arriving, let go, recharge their batteries and feel calm! we could feel each time during our hotel stay in the hotel. I was there only 1 week ago (it was the 3rd time. the first time with the family, this time with a friend and it was just everything from the first minute back totally beautiful. whether at the reception at the reception or spa, restaurant service and other hotel area. from all sides, you are very welcome and personally welcome, on an unstructured and accommodating art and wise, so that you can feel clear as a "willing gast"! the rooms are beautiful and well maintained. hiking trails through the beautiful black forest landscape are easy to reach by foot directly from the hotel. the crowning conclusion of a successful wellness or hiking day is given in the evening in the restaurant. under the guidance of cunning gonzales with a well- played team, the restaurant gives its guests fantastic feel-good moments in culinary delights. herr gonzales accompanies its guests with elegance and professionalism, many fingertips and empathy through the culinary evening. he masters with taste and skill any situation also at high stress level, as we could experience it in the past when the hotel was fully booked. every guest can feel with him king! I can recommend the hotel to everyone.
Our hotel stay was restful in everyone. the personal was very nice and accommodating. eating was delicious and varied and also visually always a highlight. our room was parked and like all with views to nature. saunas, swimming pool and fitness offers were diverse. our only point of criticism is the tiny television.
Come, relax, blossom? hardly! unfortunately fit in the elzland hotel pfauen claim and actual experience not together. the reception was friendly. the room as desired with wooden floor. unfortunately the room was not clean. dust-flusen behind the door, spinnwebs under the cabinet, haare behind the bathroom door. the carafe with which you should tap water on the water tap was completely siffy. I went to the recipe to rework the chance to give. I asked about the wine card and chose a wein. looking for a longer time, you did not seem to have become happy and told that the wee was unfortunately not available. another wein from the wein card was selected and the course was repeated. This time a false wee was brought to the table twice. it was then recommended to a much more expensive wine. I refused and took the wee from the day recommendation. eating was basically tasty and tasted well. the tuna of thunfish was not. the fish is raw at this court inside, so do not paw in the elzland hotel. the fish was cooked and therefore dry. a frevel at the product, if the thunfisch sashimi had quality. Here it is also carefully asked how the thunfisch can be united with the sustainability of the house. the service was very rare at the table. we were weaving ourselves and the dessert plate were not cleared. to sign the document of the evening, we had to go to theke. the second evening was eating and the service was more convincing. Unfortunately, the dishes of the basenfastens as well as other vegetarian/vegan alternatives seem to be very basic and little ingenious. only light view was the friendly lady in the breakfast service that seems to make her job with dedication. a response of all the points mentioned at the reception manager at the reception brought little success, it was rather still relativized with the argument that we had received an upgrade (after which we did not ask; it was due to the desire of a room with wooden floor). the result of this complaint was not satisfactory. the dust was removed behind the room door, but the dusty cable and the unclean carafe were still unchanged. the second start at the reception or the third inflow overall. a compensation was not offered, beyond a glass of champagne. complaint management works differently. the compensation was inappropriate for the lost relaxation and lack of joy of holiday. the lunch snack consisted of a gray mushroom cream soup with unpleasant taste and consistency. also there was salat with many brown and black put. the offered dressing was sweet and little tasty. It was irritating that the water of the pipe was not calculated in the carafe at lunchtime and at 2.50€ in the evening. there is a star (because you can't give 0) for the spa area and the spices of balasz. these take place only twice a week. the price performance ratio is insufficient. we have traveled early.
Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars. we were to be a couple of dogs. Where should I start? such courtesy, professionalism, service and hospitality we have never experienced before. we had beautiful quiet days and are completely relaxed. from the ladies and hearts of the recipe, spa, housekeeping, restaurant, and all I forgot: there is a very great atmosphere they create. already the booking in advance went smoothly and without problems- here thanks to herrn fink and woman bookwood from spa. the hotel is quiet yet central, we had a nice quiet room with great view and covered balcony. from the hotel you can make great hikes in the black forest. many greetings, stephanie vogt the hotel itself has a small gym area, a beautiful restroom, gymnastics/ yoga room and a beautiful spa area. we had booked floating and massages, as well as the fitness and relaxation offers included in the booking. all offers were very good and professional. the quality of the offered food and drinks was very,very good and extremely tasty. we have received all hopes - we are completely delighted. a complime t to the employees of the kitchen and also to the service team in the restaurant, through the recommended and declarations by herrn gonzalez each menu became a pleasure. also a great thank you to barasz from spa. there were great offers. the cleanliness in all areas - we have never experienced that. we will be back soon and wish to see the best in the hotel.
