Mood For Food - Elverum

The restaurant takes special care to prepare gluten-free food separately. The deep-fried sushi is made with gluten-free batter and there are plenty of gluten-free options available on the side in the kitchen.

Been here 2 times. The first time was to pick up food for a friend. Was told 20 minutes. Ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes. Today I pulled yours myself. To try out the food. Ordered by mistake inside. Where you get a message when the food is ready. It also said that it would take around 20 minutes for the food to be ready. I thought it went quite quickly when I got a message that the food was ready. It only took 11 minutes, so I was pleasantly surprised then and there. Then went in and said my order number. Got the answer yes, that 's right , where the man went to the kitchen. We ended up waiting for 21 minutes inside the restaurant... before we got our food. It 's one thing to have to wait 20 minutes for your food, it 's inside in all restaurants. But to be told that the food is ready, and then to wait even longer is just bad business... Unfortunately the food was GREAT. Because the customer service is bad... and the food is good. That means I won 't be coming back anytime soon. Hope you read the reviews and do something about this. The staff at this restaurant is lovely. I came in wanting Boba and had a nice chat with the woman serving me. She even offered me a free taste of a different Boba, which was delightful.

The good is worth 4 stars, IF they are actually open. Several times when they were supposed to be open, they were not. Also, they frequently dont have the products to make the food. Yes, I know its a restaurant, with the purpose to sell food.. but for some reason they dont stock properly. Finally, they dont clean the tables after someone ate there for multiple hours. The food tastes great, really good, but the struggle is clearly real

The sushi rolls at this restaurant are large, which was unexpected but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Other places typically have smaller rolls, meaning you need to order more to feel satisfied. The food looked appetizing and the menu was diverse and enticing. We had the chance to try new and exciting flavors, making for a memorable dining experience.
