If I could give it negative stars, I would. It was a terrible experience. There's a sign that suggests ordering fresh food during slow times, so we expected that. However, we received cold fries! We then ordered a serving of fried chicken, which consisted of two thighs. There was more breading than chicken, and the pieces were smaller than my index finger. It was far too expensive for what we got. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Don't be fooled by the enticing pictures of the food; what you actually get is nothing like that!

I’m making the 44-mile drive just for the double-R-Burger. It’s fantastic and definitely one of my favorite fast-food burgers!

I had never been to this restaurant before, but I decided to check it out based on the signs I saw. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The inside of the restaurant was quite dirty, and even though it seemed to be busy with a decent number of customers, there was visible garbage when the bins were opened. The condiment and soda stations were not functioning properly and were also in need of cleaning. The salad toppings were overflowing and disorganized. As for the food, it was only mediocre. The one bright spot of my visit was the interesting pictures displayed on the walls, which were definitely the highlight.

For the third time in a row, this place had no Bratbeef. Recent visits were in the early afternoon, the third visit was in the afternoon. If I'm in the mood for a Roy's Roast Beef sandwich, I don't want to replace it with a dry cheeseburger or roasted chicken.

This is very bad experience we had here in this restaurant, we paid $35 and they dont put the salads the condominiums you have to do it your self the salads as you see outside not cover flys all over the place discussed, never ever will come to this place again. Young guy in the back is not happy that suddenly when he started work it got busy so they dont care about business and mainly about customers if their was 0 i would?ve put 0
