It's definitely worth a visit to this restaurant. The owner seemed to be well-informed and respectful when it comes to Veganism. They even mentioned that they use separate utensils and make everything from scratch. Although the Vegan items are not labeled on the menu, hopefully they will consider adding them in the future if enough customers ask. With the right support, Machan has the potential to be a great spot.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this restaurant. I called ahead to ask about their use of ghee and was told that they only use vegetable oil for cooking, with plenty of vegetarian options available. The owner personally came to our table to make sure we were satisfied with the vegan options, offering to cook something not on the menu if we wanted. We chose Pakoras and Samosas for starters, followed by Pumpkin Masala, Aloo Paratha, and Vegetable Pulao, all of which were of a good standard. At the end of the meal, he checked in again to ensure everything was to our liking and reassured us that our meals were prepared separately to avoid cross-contamination. It was great to hear that level of care and attention to detail.
