Buffalo Wild Wings - Elmwood

Trash food was cold and service was bad. Veterans Blvd one is better. I complained to manager . I visited at 3pm 7/14. Waited 30 min for cold food had to send back twice, manager seemed like she could careless. All people want is good service, its ALOT to ask for obviously.Never coming back here again. They keep it up my family wont be visiting ever again.

The Lady hosting didn’t want to services us she said they were packed up and we literally saw many tables empty.

Absolutely terrible! Took forever to get our food. About 30-40 min to get our check which wasn't split, as requested, and we got double charged for an item. Also one food item came out wrong. Apparently all the high chairs didn't have a strap, so keeping a pretoddler from standing in it was a nightmare. He knows if there's a strap he can't get out so he doesn't try. Also, as soon as we walked in it smelled like a mildewy towel. I don't know what the hell was going on but this was a ridiculous experience the whole way through.

My wings are extremely hard and can NOT be eaten. They gave me a side order of wedges the size for a kids meal. I had to go back but the Manager accommodated me.

The service here keeps getting worse every time I go. Went at 6:30 last night and waited for 10 minutes at the host stand while the hostess sat at the bar playing on her phone and 6 of the wait staff talked at the drink fountain the whole time. Walked out and got better service elsewhere.
