Dunkin' - Elmwood Park

I usually grab my drinks from the Patterson store, but when I pick up Dunkin' myself, I prefer the River Road location in Elmwood Park. They always have my order ready on time and get it right. For some reason, the Patterson store confuses caramel with mocha, but the River Road location consistently gets my mocha correct.

I received my donuts at 10 AM, and they were hard. It's definitely too early in the day for stale donuts.

The experience was good, but the coffee lid wasn't secure, and I ended up getting only three-quarters of a cup of coffee, resulting in quite a mess.

I always visit this restaurant in the early mornings. The service is quick, and the food is well-prepared!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to a short Caucasian lady with glasses who was quite rude. She seemed overwhelmed, possibly because she was the only staff member present. The place was messy, and the donut rack was empty, so I decided not to place my order. I've visited before with a different team, and they were fantastic! Unfortunately, if this lady continues to work there, she might drive customers away.
