Subway - Elmwood Charter Twp

I really wanted a footlong cookie. After all, it's all over the news and apparently is the new hotness. I didn't get one, because there weren't any. I was told there was a national shortage and nobody could get them. I decided to settle for a footlong pretzel. Not my first choice, but still interesting. I was not informed until I was taking my food away that there is no cheese. Because apparently they didn't get cheese to go with the pretzels. Even though they're supposed to come with cheese. So now I have a footlong pretzel with nothing to dip it into.The sandwich is great. They always are. And it was $13 so if it wasn't great I would be pissed right now. Because for that amount of money I really just want a strong drink with whatever I'm eatingParking: I mean. It's a gas station. So parked at the gas station.

Maybe don 't advertise that there 's curbside delivery available if there isn 't. I ordered through the app and chose curbside, though when I got there, the app said my food was done. After 10 minutes I called the store to see if they could run my food out as I had two toddlers in the car and they said they aren 't allowed to. Good thing there was a drive through. I get that they may have been too busy, but it doesn 't look good on the business to advertise curbside delivery when you 're not allowed to bring the food out to the car. Why even have it as an option online if you can 't do it?

They are never open when it says they will be and if they are open the workers are out in there’s car smoking cigarettes and playing on their

I have made several trips to this Subway and recommend it.

I called Subway to order a sub at 10.45am, said I would be there between noon and 12.30pm to pick it up. When I went up to the counter to pay for it at 12.10 pm, the 2 employees Told me in a very sarcastic manner that they had a lunch rush and couldn't possibly gotten my sandwich done on time. They were both snotty and rude to me, whining that because certain ppl didn't come to work, blah blah. I found this very unprofessional and rude of both of them. Highly doubt if I will go there again for a sub.
