Bidrage med feedbackGeneral: the name is program, wants to say: the restaurant is almost on the a of the world, so only what people, who like rest and seclusion. the common disco hopper could get the rappel here and believe that he suddenly got caught as if the absentness of the usual noise. so nerds, he took out and wrote: the quiet valley is called because it is quiet there. who doesn't say the word, he can do it like that. the restaurant can be in the middle of nature the starting point for construction tours, e.g. to the forest house taubensuhl or to the helmbachweiher or to the hütte des pww hainfeld or to the biosphere camp. also a walk to the forest meadow would be possible. they come by when they, like me, arrive from the direction iggelbach with the car. in any case, they get a lot of forest for little money! and the restaurant fits well here. service: I met with a friend around the afternoon on Sunday, 6 september 2015. already at this time the dining room was well visited. all older semesters and obviously not for the first time there. the room then filled a little later, but also the national lf with trainer jogi would have found a safe shot as there was another room next to him. the (at least this time only) service, however, keep the clear and all orders processed in a pleasant time. we have what we had ordered, no more, no less. she remained friendly and attentive, even wondered whether everything was in order. the drinking money at the end she had earned herself in every case. Eat and drink: my friend was here more often and he always sent people here. because of fresh trout, but of course also because of the situation (see above) and so we ate forelle müllerin art, i.e. fried in butter, with dämpfkartoffeln, petersilie and (lightly modified) mixed salate. What do you want me to say? I like to fish and, of course, also trout. but this tasted just brilliant! or ingeniously simple? yes, maybe it was the snare preparation and the simple ingredients that the fresh, clean, delicate taste of this trout just in the foreground. the greasy tasteless, there was nothing rancid. the kartoffels were not cooked, but simply harmonized with the buttry tenderness of the fish. good, a green salad would have done it, but also the mixed variants that I had already eaten worse. all in all a simple but tasty pleasure! because we had shot ourselves on the fish, I forgot to study the menu intensiw, but you can also eat wild here. and at least two are shown for vegetarians, but there are also salads, quark, kartoffeln etc. all in all we have paid for for the trout, two weizenbiere and two coffees round 40. that's in order. cleanliness: as already mentioned, they will encounter more traveling, cyclists and nature, which will load according to the floor of the gas room. Accordingly, they will not be able to eat from the same, but what to eat, there is a lot of fun and fun. If they want to look for the country style, they should prefer to go into the nearby forest snow hornesselswiese. my friend and I felt comfortable at our table. the deck was clean, cramped, cutlery, glasses as well, eating was properly prepared. a later visit to the toilets also did not show any serious hygienic mängel. surroundings: I have already written something about it. for me the decisive factor in such restaurants are the factors location, pleasure, experience during walking, cozyness. I would probably not book a week stay in the house, but it can be any hiker etc. for return recommend, also because of the previous ones (see above) I would like to mention a structural curiosity: they enter the dining room via an external staircase that leads to a pre-construction on which the beer garden is located. a further outside door leads directly into the kitchen, behind a third finally the toilets and the aforementioned next room at the end of a small flur. who is just in the gas room and slips back into the watte in the coming wet season after a long hike.
