Le Spot - Elmont

I typically get fritay from this restaurant, but they require customers to call 15 to 20 minutes ahead for pick up. I must admit, I really appreciate their customer service over the phone. They are very polite and professional, which is not always easy to find with Haitian businesses. I highly recommend this place for all services. Keep up the good work, I am proud of their staff and I hope they continue to strive for improvement.

I have been going to le spot for a few months now and I must say, the food is absolutely delicious! The service has also improved significantly. Recently, they accidentally gave me the wrong order of rice, but when I returned the next day to inform them, they not only gave me my correct order but also offered me extra food as a courtesy. This just goes to show that customer service should always be a top priority for any business, and le spot has mastered it.

Wow, the food at this restaurant is amazing. My girlfriend is American and her favorite dish is the Haitian black rice, and you did an incredible job with it. The side plantains weren't as fresh as we would have liked, but everything else was fantastic. I was hesitant to try this place, but it exceeded my expectations. Please keep serving the best Haitian food and I will definitely be back. Thank you.

So far so good! le spots eating is fresh and her grilled red snapper with spiced carrots and swirls was on the spot! plantains are crisp and fresh to fit with delicious and tasteful rice.

When I was there it was late morning and I was the only one in there but getting my order took a long time. Not sure why bit they just need to speed things up. Not really a place I want to eat in the restaurant but take out is fine.
