Tim Hortons - Elmira

I recently had lunch at this Tim Hortons location and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The BLT sandwich I ordered was expertly made with generous toppings. The parking lot is large and convenient, and the drive-thru setup is efficient. The only drawback was the lengthy wait for orders to be prepared. While my overall experience was positive, some customers had to wait a considerable amount of time for simple items like coffee and donuts. It seems that the staff on duty may not have been the most experienced, but they were polite and friendly.

I have never been given coffee instead of tea at this location, unlike at the St. Jacobs location. An added bonus is that the drive-through takes you around the entire store, giving you the feeling of picketing or being on strike. During the summer, there is a friendly group of elderly men sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I imagine they have some interesting stories to share.

Your manger Jamie is absolutely rude and condescending. Your crew always makes my ice coffee wrong and today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it’s covered in butter absolutely disgusting.

I ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches but one of them was served on a rotten muffin, I had a bite and it taste completely different from the other

Just lost my business for good. Keep hiring east indians to work the drive thru, they can't understand simple english instructions. I'm going to recommend to all my friends and family to boycott Tim Hortons. Go to Mcd's or Starbucks, the coffee is way better there anyway.
