Pizza Hut Express - Elmira

Not too thrilled with this location. I happen to be sitting in the parking lot and notice the driver carrying 3 pizza bags out of the store and one of the bags was sideways pretty much. So that pizza would have been on its side. I did call the store tovoice the complaint but nobody understood when I said the pizza bag was basically on its side, they thought I was talking abouttheir driving. Very frustrating to voice a complaint that they don?t understand. I spoke very clearly and had to repeat it atleast 3 times. This happened tonight December 15th at around 5:40 pm.

The food is awesome and delicious. The team members are friendly. I hope for more business from others to support them.

Everything has been great, order every week, but for the last 2 month they've been short sauces and last 3 weeks no boneless bites for the triple treat box, They don't offer any substitutes for them other then paying $3 more for normal wings, they don't wave the cost for it either, I don't see how I should pay more because they can't get what is needed. They should offer other options if they can't stock boneless bites
