Passing through Elmira had a coupon for A and W so we decided to stop. Service was fast and friendly. Food was great. Gotta love their root beer in their ice glass Washrooms clean. Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My partner and I were served by a “Lisa” around 9pm on July 26. She was very kind. Between her and her kitchen team, we received possibly the best A&W we’ve ever had! My uncle burger looked like it walked out of a commercial and my partner raved that we should make sure these folks know they’re doing a phenomenal job. Other patrons seem to complain about the wait, but that seems customary for A&Ws. Given that I don’t remember the last time fast food was this good, I have only great things to say and will be returning to this location in the future.

Last evening, around 7:30 to 8, we visited the place for our Sunday night dinner. Despite there being only two guys working, they provided exceptional customer service. We were thoroughly impressed by their attentiveness and efficiency. Kudos to them for making our dining experience enjoyable! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
