Panera Bread - Elmira

My issue is the menu. They list the sandwich names but not the contents. On this trip I ordered a sandwich only to find it was drenched on 1000 island dressing. Had that been listed on the menu, I wouldn't have spent my time scraping off the unwanted condiment. It's not reasonable to be at the counter asking what each sandwich is comprised of. Beyond that, it was good food, very clean, and the cashier was extra friendly. Service: Dine in

Panera has really changed for the worse. The days of enjoying a hearty, homemade lunch served to your table are gone. Now, you have to navigate self-serve kiosks, face smaller portions, and pay double the price while fetching your own food. The selection of pastries has also declined significantly. To top it off, they even have the audacity to request tips at both the counter and the kiosk. Additionally, my table was dirty. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.
