This is a charming little spot for a quick bite. I visited for the omelettes, but I wasn't aware of the menu change. The nachos were generously topped and came with a substantial amount of melted cheese.

BC Texas Hots Restaurant in Elmira Heights is the ultimate comfort food destination! I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Nachos, which feature delicious fried chicken tenders that are cubed and tossed in a tasty buffalo sauce, served on nacho chips with cheese, additional buffalo sauce, and ranch. Also, don't miss the Red Neck Fries—crinkle-cut fries topped with pulled pork and coleslaw, both of which are fantastic! Mike and his team consistently deliver amazing food. They're open until 7 PM, so stop by and support this local gem! You won't be disappointed!

The staff was exceptionally friendly. I ordered the burger and fries special and requested shredded cheese instead of the cheese sauce, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request! Everything was delicious.

Great food. Nice owner. They moved from a small start window stand to a newly renovated restaurant with seating. The new location is located directly at the parking lot where the former location was. Look at it!
