Mcdonald's - Elmhurst

Each time I visit this McDonald's, they fail to give me my complete order, and I have to return to retrieve the missing items. The service is poor, and the staff is unhelpful.

The service was slow, and the fries were cold. It was a disappointing experience overall. I would recommend finding another place to eat.

I visited this McDonald's on the night of August 20, 2022, around 11:40 PM. I requested a medium meal with a large drink, but the soft-spoken employee who took my order told me that wasn't possible. I've never encountered a McDonald's where I was told I couldn't get a large drink with my medium meal. I previously worked in a similar setting, and that combination was always allowed. In contrast, when I went to the McDonald's on Irving Park Road, they happily fulfilled my request for a medium meal with a large drink. After this experience, I have no intention of returning to this location. Honestly, I hope that employee loses his job, as he seems too lazy to enter the order into the system. It doesn't make sense why this would be an issue when all non-alcoholic drinks are the same price.

The mcdonald’s gave it to me a few times. I like there are hours when I was awake early at five and none of mcdonald's close to me. Unfortunately, the staff is not always friendly, but if they are nice then they will be nice to them. it is also very busy.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have been to McDonalds overseas and they were better than this one. Out of the last 7 times I've been to this location they have messed my order up 6 times. I will no longer give this place my business.
