Kan Ya - Elmhurst

I don't understand how someone could say this was the best ramen they've ever had. I had high hopes after reading that review but unfortunately It was below average and overpriced. The service was also awful. No need to go back.

Really Chinese. Very good tasty Chinese dishes. Sushi just so so. Great wonton ramen!

Best ramen soup in Elmhurst, has additional sushi if one does not fancy traditional ramen.

I ordered Tonkotsu Black Rich Ramen based on the raving reviews and sadly I was disappointed. Very bland ramen, I had to season it more at home. Maybe it was just a bad batch or maybe they cut corners since it’s takeout but it was disappointing nonetheless and certainly by far the best ramen I’ve had.

Food is delicious and fresh. Staff was so kind and helpful. We had seaweed salad, fried rice, ramen, and sushi it was all excellent.
