Kevi and meredith in flavah served a weeping in my house last weekend. I can't talk about the experience anymore! my guests and I were both enthusiastic. from the selection of the menu that is oriented to my thema and budget, to personalized laundry boards to presentation and quality, I will probably never cook again for a meeting...and I love to cook it! thank you for making this event so special and unforgettable. we look forward to working with them soon!

Came in for daily specials and a couple of the regular menu items. Very short wait(6-8 min) for the regular items to be prepared and was offered samples of anything whilst we waited so fantastic service. The food, (tacos,salmon,pot roast, chicken fingers) were all incredibly good!

Awesome food! Everything! Just try what looks good, and you WON'T be disappointed. Kevin is a master at bringing flavors together in fun ways! I'm going to make myself hungry, just writing this review. . . but asparagus salad, kale salad, smoothies, tomato/mozarella salad, chicken/rice pitas, and MORE ALL delicious! Stop in for awesome and REAL food TODAY!

They live up to their name and fit the bill for delicious whole-food plant based meals. I enjoyed an absolutely yummy grain-free veggie lasagna and vegetarian harvest salad; they also have meat and fish options. Tasty smoked in-house nuts too. I found out that the owner is a wellness coach who adopted a healthy lifestyle and lost a lot of weight, which is pretty cool.
