Cinnabon - Elmhurst

My favorite sweet treat shop is located in Queens Mall.

The dessert is delicious! It features a soft bread topped with caramel sauce and is wonderfully moist inside. Truly enjoyable!

I had a disappointing experience at Cinnabon due to the behavior of a male staff member wearing round glasses. When he asked who was in line, I informed him I was, but he ignored me and didn't make any effort to recognize my frustration. He then hurriedly handed me my order without any politeness. When I asked if I could get something else, he simply rushed and nodded, showing no interest in assisting me further. This was my first negative experience at Cinnabon, and I found his attitude very unprofessional. I hope they can improve their customer service, especially during busy times. I always strive to treat people with respect in my own work, and I would prefer to take my business elsewhere rather than deal with such disregard.

I have at the queens center mall location a coworker child 2 or 3 yr in the back-perp area nase picking I don't know who owns this location, but they need to correct this problem. 22 December 2022 at 15 o'clock. I advised the bank of what I experienced and swore to them, health hazards and danger of accident.
