Additionally, I was shocked to find they were charging nearly $3 for guacamole cups, which I hadn’t realized until after I ordered! It had been years since I'd last visited a Chipotle, and I noticed they had changed their steak recipe. Thankfully, they no longer have that issue and now serve pulled steak, which I hope they keep on the menu. Overall, the food was much better this time. However, they don’t offer a cloak or fish dish, which seems a bit unfair. Just sharing my two cents!
I placed an order for a quick pickup at 5:40 PM, but when I arrived, there was a delay because the app wasn't processing payments at that moment. I ended up waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Despite this, I'm giving a five-star rating for several reasons. First, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they managed to keep the atmosphere calm despite the busy environment. There was just one person handling online orders, and he ended up needing assistance, which a female coworker promptly provided. I really appreciate how graciously they handled my order during such a hectic time and how apologetic they were about the delay. Additionally, I have to mention the watermelon salad—it was fantastic!
That's by far the worst chipotle I've ever had. order online for pickup at 18 o'clock. when I arrived, there were about five other people waiting for online orders and a long line on the normal counter, understandable, it would wait a bit. but soon there were no one in the regular line and about 10-15 people waiting for online orders. they would think that the manager would maintain the employees, do nothing and wait for customers to come and help catch on online orders. Instead, the two employees went out to online orders that were first complained. After 40 minutes waiting time I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that I had to call to get one (no excuse to pay in the load). can not wait to spend another 30 minutes on the phone to get money back for eating that I never get. I don't blame the staff, the manager is terrible and rude.
You would think that the manager would ensure the employees are efficiently handling the situation, but instead, two employees primarily focused on the complaints from the online orders for those who had been waiting the longest. After a frustrating 40-minute wait, I asked for a refund, only to be informed by the manager that I would need to call to get one (despite having paid in-store). I can't believe I have to spend another 30 minutes on the phone just to get my money back for food that I never received. I have no complaints about the staff themselves, but the manager was terrible and rude.
