The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes here is one of the friendliest people I've ever met in the food service industry. I can understand the negative reviews, but my experience has been nothing but positive. This month, I spent $100 on two separate custom orders (including a cake), and they did a *fantastic* job. I will definitely continue to support this place.

I visited this restaurant for a meeting and was pleasantly surprised to find free donuts—how could I not love it? Seriously, the place was spotless, the staff was extremely friendly, and my caramel macchiato was made to perfection.

I just spoke with B, one of the store managers, who helped me order an Oreo Ice Cream cake. I only needed it for three people, but I decided to go with the larger size because we know we'll enjoy the leftovers for days! The customer service was fantastic!
