Caffe Nero Walton On Thames - Elmbridge

I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by the fast and efficient service provided by the staff. They were also very friendly and made me feel like I was part of their family. The coffee was delicious and the food they served was excellent.

The service was terrible. I ordered a frappe with cream but they gave me a milkshake instead, and even tried to pass it off as a cheaper alternative. The staff laughed at me when I pointed out the mistake, and their unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I visited this restaurant on a warm day and can only comment on their cold drinks, but there are several issues. The carton straws are cheap and of incredibly poor quality, coated in a black outer layer that affects the taste of the drink. The syrup for icy fruit drinks is kept in an open self-service refrigerator that does not adequately cool them, resulting in a dry taste. I ordered an icy black America, which should be opaque but was watery and unappetizing. I would recommend avoiding their cold drinks altogether. The staff was also subpar, appearing rude and disorganized. Overall, I would suggest going elsewhere or saving your money as the quality does not meet industry standards.

The device begins to get a bit tired, chipped lacquering, decent coffee, friendly staff. one of the few places that nowadays serves hot coffee. but what I would give for somewhere that didn't play endless nondescript music, to the loud out of the grinding of coffee and clinginging cups and tellers. a quiet relaxing coffee shop where you can hear yourself thinking. Now there's an idea.

Not great, pretty average ,but comfortable and good coffee, ususally a little understaffed, so lacks service,, A management and not a staff problem, I feel the staff are always doing there best, traditional coffee bar food
