Brooks - Elmbridge

Great night with unexpected singing duo who gave the whole evening a great vibe. The food was typical Irish fare and cooked to perfection.

A very enjoyable ‘Burns’ night celebration held in Brooks restaurant at Brooklands college. The food choices were lovely and the meals delicious and excellently presented. Very good value for money.

We came to Brooks for the first time last night. It wont be the last. The young people who are studying at the college all came together to give us a wonderful evening. They worked so hard to get it right, and really did just that. The food was excellent, I enjoyed some excellent Curried Parsnip soup. Loads of lovely flavours running through it. After that I had the traditional Christmas fare which was really nice. Moist tasty turkey with very crispy Roast Potatoes and a lovely light Christmas Pudding. I will definitely come back.

The food choice on the menu was good and the quality and presentation excellent. The students waiting and serving in the restaurant were at various stages during their training course and many of them showed much promise in being able to deliver good customer service they engaged positively with customers and were proactive in checking that everything was in order. The atmosphere was relaxed and positive and it was an all round very enjoyable experience. Well done everyone working at Brooks today!

Considering its a college restaurant , its brilliant, food was tasty, hot and well presented. Must have been 100 people in room and my only comment it was far too noisy, never been in anywhere so noisy , couldn't even chat easily so a shame
