Excellent Neapolitan style pizza! Hand tossed and baked in an oven all in sight from our table. Great service too.

Their Italian brick oven is the key to pizza perfection, and a good menu of distinctive offerings provides something for everyone. They have seating at the bar, tables and patio. And if you view beer as a mandatory pizza side dish, they brew their own!

My girlfriend and I were passing through on our way to Colorado with our dog and we found The Crafty Chameleon. This place was amazing! Pizza was absolutely delicious and the service was great. We talked to several staff members who were very friendly and seemed like a very nice, clean atmosphere. We really enjoyed ourselves more than we were expecting. Owen was our server and he really knew his stuff. I always enjoy leaving reviews for places that actually deserve it. This place does!

Nice place for some wood-fired pizza. Nice selection of beers. Thought the dining area was a little bit on the warm side, but they probably have that pizza oven at about 800-900 degrees. Friendly staff and prompt service.

Had a horrible experience and meal. We had a party of 4 and we all got our food at different times. We ordered appetizers but they came out after one person's pizza. Then our salads came out after our main course...which was of course pizza. Our waiter was hard to find, quit before we were finished, and never said he was done or introduced us to the person who took over for him. Our original waiter went over to another table and sat down with them. We couldn't believe how rude he was. It took almost 30 minutes just to get our check and pay. We ordered 2 pizzas, one was cold and the other was burnt. The beer and breadsticks with proved cheese were good, but not enough to make up for everything else. Couldn't wait to try this place but was completely disappointed.
