Subway - Ellisville

This is the friendliest and cleanest Subway I’ve ever encountered. I visit this location nearly every day. Whenever I come in, I’m greeted warmly and usually enjoy a delicious sub. Manager Jessica and her staff do an outstanding job of keeping the store spotless, and they always have smiles on their faces. There’s always someone cleaning the lobby, which is wonderful. I can honestly say this is the best Subway ever! You’ve earned the title of Subway of the Year!

The customer service here is outstanding! I placed an order through the app, but both sandwiches were incorrect. When I spoke with the friendly staff member about the issue, he promptly took care of everything and made sure it was all right. He even added a complimentary bag of chips and cookies as a gesture of goodwill. This place has the kindest staff and the best customer service I've encountered in fast food!

I absolutely love Subway, and this visit did not disappoint! If I had to mention one complaint, it would be that they often rush me to the cashier, even when I'm still deciding on my cheese choice! This seems to happen at every Subway I've been to. Regardless, I still give it a 5-star rating. I really enjoy the Ellisville Subway!

This subway is a very beautiful restorer. Staff are super nice! The place is always clean! The food is very good. The only reason I didn't have 5 stars is sometimes when I'm in, it smells bad. His probable smell of sandwiches went before. But sometimes the smell is simply overwhelming, not in a good way. (This smell is not unique for this store. I smelled it in all subway stores.

This Subway location is excellent. The dining area, sandwich bar, and restroom are always clean. The service is quick and friendly. I frequent this location often and have yet to have bad service. If you’re looking for a quick bite and you're in the area I highly recommend this Subway location! #EatFresh
