Malinche Mexican Culinary Experience

Malinche is simply amazing! Food and drinks are delicious and service is excellent! The atmosphere is pretty nice too, it’s just a happy place. It’s not the “typical” chips and salsa Mexican restaurant which makes it unique and provides you with a real culinary experience. In my opinion, it’s the best Mexican restaurant in St Louis. Definitely try it out!

Melinche was highly recommended so my wife and I stopped in tonight. This place was fantastic because the flavors and presentation created a memorable experience. We like those expensive tasting menus and this place sort of gave a similar adventure into unique and very tasty small plate dishes. If you like Mexican food you really should stop in and try it out.

We have been meaning to try this place for a few years, and it did not disappoint! I can't believe it took us this long to get here! We will absolutely be back. Everything, drinks and food, was so beautifully paired and well though out. The mezcal and saffron cocktail was perfectly balanced. We are absolutely making this hidden gem one of our regulars! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Lovely small restaurant with fantastic shareable plates. Mexican tapas. The specialty drinks are eclectic and delicious. Mostly tequila-based, of course. I had the Chapulin Seco with Gran Marnier, which was a very good choice. Menu is changed quarterly and we had the summer menu. Potato flauta was a crisp appetizer with a tangy salsa. The tostada with shrimp had a creamy zesty sauce and was the best thing on the menu. Great lamb and beef dishes too. Our waiter was fantastic. Best place I’ve been to in Chesterfield in a long time.
