Chuck E. Cheese - Ellisville

Loved it but they need to let chucky cheese come out more for the kids my great niece just wanted a picture and I asked they said he wasnt coming back out today little girl was upset

We had my son’s 5th birthday party here today and he had a blast! It was clean and not crowded and we got our food quick. The only complaint I had was the staff. The guy at the door was very rude and even cussed at my sister in law, the hostess didn’t help with our party unless asked, my son didn’t get to do the birthday dance with Chuck E., and we had to ask to do the ticket blaster. They all acted like they hated their jobs and I’m really glad my son was too young to notice it. But I did, and so did my guests. And for the money we paid for the party, I really expected better from the staff.

Visited for the first time since I was little with my 3.5 year old son-manager is very attentive-explained all the pizza deals and made recommendations regarding time vs. token system on card (if you have a little one, definitely go with time and suggested pausing the card to eat. Also fixed a game which was going a little crazy, and opened the ice cream machine to retrieve the ice cream my son wanted when the machine said that ice cream was out. He was incredibly helpful!The bathroom needed a little attention, but later that evening one of the other employees was in there cleaning up-I imagine its more difficult to keep up with the bathroom when it’s frequented by so many children. Overall it was a very fun Wed night, and not at all busy or overly loud as I have heard about other locations. I’m sure we’ll be back!

If I could I would give them a negative 10. Everyone one was rude. We did not even order food. We were afraid they would do something to our food. We got cards so my grandson could play games. They are open till 9pm, but they said they were closing at 8pm. We will never go back there.

We visited last night and the staff was amazing. We had a bag of tickets which one of the employees hand counted for us. Everyone was so nice and we had a blast!
