Pueblo Mexican - Ellijay

The vegetarian fajitas were excellent. I didn't request any sour cream or cheese, and my order was perfect. The combination of bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, and tomatoes was both delicious and filling. The service was also great. I didn't inquire about their preparation methods, but I had more than enough to eat with the fajita plate.

Upon our arrival, we were not greeted, and we had to wait 15 minutes before receiving our drinks. Even after that, it took a while for us to get any refills. During our meal, the server accidentally spilled Pepsi on one member of our party, on my shoulder, and on the person sitting next to me. The service was incredibly slow, and unfortunately, the group that arrived after us received their food before we did.

We’ve lived in Ellijay for four years and had never tried Pueblo until today. The portions were beautifully presented, the flavors were spot on, and the service (provided by Gabbie) was exceptional. The atmosphere felt genuinely authentic. We will definitely be coming back! It’s much better than the overpriced and bland Mexican restaurant down the road. Both locals and visitors should definitely experience Pueblo!

Lara and I stayed here after the church, and although they were short-circuited, they were very responsive and friendly. the guac was great! (I'm not a Guac fan, but I liked her. their chips were fresh, thin and crisp, and the salsa was some of the best I cost. lara had the black bon soup, and it was a big bowl. she made me taste and it was delish. I had the Taco salad, and it was more than I could finish. we will go back there!

If pueblo restaurant was the aim to never see me again, they succeeded. the waiter was so rude, obviously overworked. I ordered spicy cheese dip and we got clear cheese. When I asked about paprika, he said oh my god. he brought the paprika with him, but she fell down on the table. he also blew ours. when ordering our meal I felt very eager. I ordered the nachos and they were terrible. but what was really bad is that he almost threw the teller on the table when he went by. that my man was eating. I would have tipped 10% because it was such a bad experience, but some worked all his life in service and he tipped 20%. I'll never go back. I did not deserve to be treated like this and not to be put on or paid for.
