I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the rice in my meal was extremely hard and seemed uncooked. I honestly felt like I might break a tooth. The dish had very little meat and the portion was quite small for the price. Overall, I was disappointed. Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.

EBC is awesome and had a great concept with this but could have executed it better. The food sounded great but was half the quality of the food you get at EBC on Monroe for only a few dollars less. It took up 3 bags of chips to get not stale ones. Flan was definitely out of a package and not fresh. Asked for a regular agua fresca and ended up getting an alcoholic one and charged for it too. Bowls were okay but meat could have been better. Did get a 10% discount because of the chips. Very loud atmosphere, could hardly have a conversation and it wasn't even that full. I'd recommend going to EBC over this any day.
